GEORGIA WOMAN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH HUSBAND’S MALICE MURDER

A Greensboro woman, Diane Foster, was arrested and charged with the murder of her husband, 64-year-old Joe Foster, police say.

On Jan. 30, the Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to the couple’s home in Greensboro after Diane Foster found her husband’s unresponsive body. However, an autopsy report showed the victim suffered from unexplained injuries, according to FOX 5 Atlanta. As a result of more detailed investigations by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), authorities determined that the 60-year-old Diane Foster was culpable in Joe Foster’s demise.

Diane Foster was arrested and charged with malice, murder, and exploitation and intimidation of a disabled adult. The defendant is being incarcerated at the Greene County Jail.

The investigation remains active, and the motive for the killing is currently unknown.
